VAAAC In-Person Training Opportunity – Thursday August 31st at 9:00AM

Did you know that you have the power to update your business’s information on VisitAnnapolis.org via their Partner Portal, to include photos, copy, amenities, and more?  Did you know you could change the copy and photos to attract folks looking for group space/dining/activities?  If you didn’t, you do now!

This is the key website that travelers visit when envisioning, planning, and researching their getaways to our destination, and we try our best here at VAAAC to make sure that all the businesses on our site display the correct information, like whether or not you’re pet-friendly, have parking (and how much?), or if you offer certain discounts to groups.  Lots of hours change on the offseason, as do menus and booking links, so they try and make sure they’ve captured those changes as well.  All of that promotion that you see in the subways and bus shelters around the mid-Atlantic?  It directs right back to VisitAnnapolis.org…

…which is why they’re introducing bi-monthly in-person Partner Portal training sessions.  Every other month on the last Thursday, they’ll convene in the conference room at 26 West Street at 9:00AM for an interactive training on how to make your business listing a standout.  Theask that you bring your laptops and update your listing right along side everyone else.
