DEADLINE EXTENDED! New deadline for student submissions to the competition is October 6! This year celebrates the bicentennial of Frederick Douglass' birth, and celebrations continue around the state and the nation. As part of the planning efforts, the Northern Arundel Cultural Preservation Society (NACPS) took the lead in organizing partners and sponsors for a county-wide "Anne Arundel Creative Arts Competition Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Frederick Douglass," also known as the FD200 Creative Arts Competition.
