Using natural dyes, design your own silk scarf. Colonists coveted silk and loved beautiful, brightly colored garments, so join us to learn the art of fabric dyeing during the colonial era.  You'll be guided through the intricacies of dyeing with indigo, turmeric, and cochineal. At Colonial Cocktails, you’ll get to make and enjoy two historical drinks and learn about colonial tavern culture. Tides & Tunes Summer Concert Series

July 1 - Davidson Exchange The Tides & Tunes Summer Concert Series offers 10 weeks of popular music–from rock to folk to blues–with the incomparable backdrop of the Chesapeake Bay.
