Galesville Main Street Galesville, MD, United StatesParade, Re-Enactors, and Book Giveaway on Wednesday, July 4 -The Galesville Heritage Society and Galesville Community Center Organization will come together to host the annual 4th of July Parade on Main Street. Main Street closes at 12:30 p.m., Parade begins at 1 p.m. This year the parade honors the Life of Frederick Augustus Washington Bailey Douglass. Activities will include historical reenactors, a bicentennial parade float, famous quotes, and more.
