Rising Sun Inn welcomes Dr. Robert Selig.  Dr. Selig is the Project Historian to the National Park Systems, Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route, Historic Trails Project.  His presentation will focus on the September 1781 journey that took French Troops and General Washington himself down the historic post road, which is now Generals Highway, and passed the Rising Sun Inn.
