Visitors and area residents are invited to dine, stroll and shop along West Street while enjoying live music beneath a canopy of lights above.

Wednesday Night Sailboat Races

Grab your favorite dockside seat in America’s Sailing Capital to watch some 130 crews compete in midweek races that involve sailing around several marks in the Chesapeake Bay before heading back to Spa Creek for a finish in front of the Annapolis Yacht Club. Curator in Conversation Series: The front door tour

This special curator led tour takes you behind the scenes to hear about the Hammond-Harwood House's recent project to restore the front door its original 1774 appearance.    Step back into 18th century Maryland and hear about Hammond-Harwood House architect, William Buckland, his classical inspiration, and other famous American doorways contemporary with the Hammond-Harwood House.    The tour will also include information about a new project to reexamine our historic downstairs passage to an 1811 interpretation when Frances and Richard Loockerman moved into the property with their children. $10 per person/Members Free  

Zimmerman Legacy Tour and Free Clarinet Quartet Concert

The Naval Academy Visitor Center and United States Naval Academy Band will  join forces to present four Friday events this summer. The Visitor Center will offer a special one hour, 30 minute, Zimmerman Legacy Tour that will end at the Zimmerman Bandstand near the Naval Academy Chapel, where a free 30-minute concert will be performed by a USNA band unit.
