Hopped Up in FeBREWary with Chesepiooc Real Ale Brewing

Join the Friends of the Rising Sun Inn for our first installment in our Hopped Up! Series. This inaugural event celebrates FeBREWary and welcomes Chesepiooc Real Ale Brewery of Crofton on Saturday, February 18th with your choice of sessions starting at 1PM, 3PM or 5PM. Tickets are $45 per person or $80 per couple.

Come join us to hear about the history of brewing in Colonial America and enjoy tasting a colonial beer recipe brewed as close as possible to what would have been brewed in 18th Century America. In addition to the colonial recipe, there will be a tasting of four other beers. A couple of these evolved from the original colonial styles and a couple more modern recipes will be offered for tasting. Ticket price includes, lite bites, lecture and beer tasting. All Attendees will receive a $10 Chesepiooc Real Ale Brewery gift card!!

Chesepiooc Real Ale Brewery opened in Crofton in February of 2018 as a small batch “nano” brewery. They push past traditional brewing by embracing creativity and experimentation.
