Frederick Douglass Film Screening, Discussion and Expanded Exhibition

Join us in screening Strike for Freedom: Frederick Douglass in Scotland directed by Parisa Urquhart. This event is sponsored by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
The event will feature opening remarks by Speaker of the House Adrienne Jones, followed by a brief discussion with exhibition curator Dr. Celeste-Marie Bernier. Immediately following the screening the audience will have the opportunity to view the Strike for Freedom exhibition.
Free and Open to the Public! A valid ID is required to enter the House Office Building.
