CCHA was pleased to present a powerful workshop on March 1, entitled, “Improving the Visitor Experience for Visitors with Physical Disabilities.” Many thanks to workshop coordinator, Lisa Robbins, and to the four speakers:

— Beth Ziebarth, Head Diversity Officer, Smithsonian Institution
— Meredith Peruzzi, Director, the National Deaf Life Museum at Gallaudet University
— Steven Hairsine, Specialist, Blind Industries and Services of Maryland.
