London Town welcomes Anne Arundel County Public Library! Families with young children enjoy a variety of stories, songs, rhymes, and movement activities. Build early literacy skills and enjoy the beautiful sound and sensory garden at historic London Town in Edgewater, MD. This program is free and no admission fee will be charged.
August 18- The Grilled Lincoln’s The Tides & Tunes Summer Concert Series offers 10 weeks of popular music–from rock to folk to blues–with the incomparable backdrop of the Chesapeake Bay. Concerts are free; however, donations are gratefully accepted. Food and spirits are available for purchase. Beverage sales support the Museum’s education program. No outside alcohol is permitted. Bring a chair or blanket. Concerts will start at 7 p.m. at the Museum’s waterfront McNasby campus (723 Second St., Annapolis).
Each Friday 7-9 pm in June, July, and August - we will have a different presenter from 7-9 pm. These people will play music, make art with us, and talk about local history. The Hammond-Harwood House Museum and Chase Home invite guests to a two-hour tour that explores the two architectural treasures in downtown Annapolis. The tour will cover the interior of the Hammond-Harwood House and the gardens of the Chase Home.
