Round II of Maryland’s Nonprofit Recovery Initiative’s Grants Now Open

Governor Hogan is allocating $50 million to the Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI) to assist nonprofit organizations whose critical operations have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and state-of-emergency. Round II of funding is now open and will close August 21 at 12:00pm a​​t the latest; the portal may close if and when grant requests exceed available funding. The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is administering up to $40 million of the Governor’s $50 million Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI).
