Bacon Ridge Trail Monitoring Volunteers

Archaeologists from Anne Arundel County's Cultural Resources Section welcome volunteers to assist in monitoring the trails at Bacon Ridge Natural Area. We will be monitoring the conditions of the bike trails for potential impacts on archaeological sites. Along the way, you'll learn about the history of the area, and how Anne Arundel County is working to preserve and protect archaeological sites. This activity requires 6 miles of hiking on uneven and sometime steep trails.
