Maryland History and Culture Collaborative Hosts Zoom presentation by Michele Johnson about Maryland 250

The Maryland History and Culture Collaborative (MHCC) will host a virtual meeting on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 10:00 AM to Noon for a presentation by Michele W. Johnson. Ms. Johnson is Executive Director of Maryland 250, a commission dedicated to commemorating diverse aspects of American life and culture in honor of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Ms. Johnson will talk about how museums, libraries and archives across Maryland can receive the Commission’s support for telling their communities’ stories, including grant opportunities that are forthcoming. There will be a lot of attention paid to telling inclusive stories that will inspire the younger generations.

Here is the Zoom registration link for the October 27, 2023 virtual meeting.
