Summertime local flavors abound at nearby Anne Arundel County Farmer’s Markets.  Customers can expect to find a wide variety of locally produced agricultural products including seasonal produce, milk, yogurt, cheese, beef, pork, chicken, eggs, baked goods, fermented foods, jams, candies, soaps, and local artists. Local Foods are fresher, and taste better than food bred to be shipped long distances with extended shelf life. These markets are coordinated by Lisa Barge, Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation.
