We’re pleased to celebrate 50 years of our beloved Paca Garden with special guided garden tours on Friday mornings throughout the summer. \nTake a stroll through our beautifully restored two-acre 18th century English garden. Your experienced docent will share its history from the time of William Paca\, signer of the Declaration of Independence\, to present day as you wander the terraced landscape\, formal parterres\, wilderness garden\, the practical kitchen and medicinal gardens\, and orchard. What a treat for the senses as you discover the flora\, fauna\, a charming fishpond\, and the quaint Summerhouse folly! \nCost: $10 General Admission; $8 for HA Members and Volunteers; $6 for Children (3-17); Free for Children 3 and under

DESCRIPTION:The Tides & Tunes Summer Concert Series welcomes back the rock\, hip-hop sounds of the Grilled Lincolns band! \nThe Tides & Tunes Summer Concert Series located at the Museum’s waterfront McNasby campus (723 Second St.\, Annapolis) offers 11 weeks of popular music–from rock to folk to blues–with the incomparable backdrop of the Chesapeake Bay. \n\nConcerts are free; however\, donations are gratefully accepted.\nFood (food trucks onsite) and spirits are available for purchase.\nZERO WASTE EVENT. PLEASE BRING OR BUY A CUP\nNo outside alcohol is permitted.\nBeverage sales support the Museum’s education program.\nWe love dogs\, but please leave your furry friends at home.\nBring a chair or blanket for seating.\nWeather Note: If the weather forecast is questionable on the day of the event\, a decision will be made to hold or cancel the concert at 4 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:The Anchors Aweigh Music Tour gives you the opportunity to learn all about the U.S. Naval Academy’s rich musical history from Retired Master Chief Dave Hanner. This is the perfect tour for any USNA history buff\, music lover\, or anyone in between! The tour unveils the history behind USNA’s beloved “Anchors Aweigh” song\, as well as the fascinating and often unknown history of Charles Zimmerman. This summer only\, you will have the option to attend a free summer recital at the Zimmerman Bandstand with talented Navy musicians. \nTours are approximately 90 minutes long\, beginning at the Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center Theater and ending with a musical-themed walking tour at the Main Chapel. After the tour is completed\, you will have the opportunity to take in a free summer recital from the U.S. Naval Academy Band beginning at 11:00 am in the Zimmerman Bandstand\, or in the Chapel depending on weather conditions. \nAdvanced reservations are encouraged\, but not required.
