Our signature Arts in the Park free festival features live performances, art, more than 40 artist and community vendors, multiple hands-on arts workshops for all ages, food trucks, and fun for the entire family. In this program, you'll make and take home three all-natural, plant-based* cosmetics that were popular in the colonial era (lip balm, rouge, and perfume).
