Moderated by BDTM & Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture Executive Director Chanel C. Johnson, this conversation will feature guest speakers

  • Chris Haley of the Maryland State Archives,
  • Dayvon Love of Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle,
  • Maya Davis of the Maryland Lynching Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and more.

We will discuss the systemic challenges, ongoing initiatives, and potential solutions, offering insights into how these reforms shape the lives and futures of young Black individuals in Maryland.
