From Treasure House to Production House: Stories of the Peale from 1814 to the Future
Dr. Nancy Proctor, founding Executive Director of the Peale Center for Baltimore History and Architecture and its now Chief Strategy Officer, will share key stories of the Peale Museum from its opening in 1814, through the recent renovations, to its new role as Baltimore’s Community Museum. This talk will include an invitation to attendees to collaborate with the Peale on redefining the role of museums in society and building the largest digital archive of Baltimore stories in the world.
