February 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day! Join us for a special Storytime with local author Kim C. Lee. Ms. Lee will encourage us all to consider what it means to show love, compassion, and positivity through small, unexpected acts of kindness with her book The Night Owl.
The Night Owl dreads hearing his mother say that it’s time for bed. The idea of going to sleep puts a damper on the fun he is having, so why not continue his antics after the lights have been turned out? Follow the Night Owl to see how long he can escape sleep! Sweet and adorable, this story is relatable to all ages and a great way to encourage imagination and sleep readiness.
After the reading, have fun coloring with our author and explore the Museum on a self-guided scavenger hunt.
