Stories of Slavery and Freedom: Manumissions in Anne Arundel County During the Late 18th Century

Professor Van Morgan and her student intern will be talking about slavery and the ways that slaves were set free in Anne Arundel County. They will share the research they have completed on this subject and will include information about the slaves who lived at Linthicum Walks.
