It’s Annapolis Arts Week, we’re celebrating the beauty of the William Paca Garden during its 50th anniversary year. Visitors are invited to wander our secret garden and view local painters creating art en plein air. Plein air is a French term meaning “in the open air.” Stroll from easel to easel and observe art in the making as artists capture the delightful landscapes of the Paca Garden!
