Celebrate National Take a Hike Day at Bacon Ridge Natural Area with a 5-7 mile, ranger-led hike. Come prepared with sturdy footwear and a water bottle. Parking will be available at the Severn Chapel Road entrance, where the hike will begin. S’mores and hot chocolate will be available after the hike! Due to variable terrain and longer distance, this hike is recommended only for those who are comfortable being on the move for around 3 hours. Please contact Ranger Casey at rpcase25@aacounty.org with questions.
