Music on the Lawn

The Captain Avery Museum celebrates its 35 th anniversary with Music on the Lawn, Sunday, May 5 from 2:00- 5:00 PM, featuring Bob& Eddie and Friends. This year’s lineup is blues, jazz, and rock. Joining Bob & Eddie will be rock ‘n roller Ted Garber, Bruce Swain on jazz tenor sax, the Great Dave Marsh, Jim Levy (professor of jazz at GWU), and Coleman O’Donoghue on drums. The museum’s
expansive waterfront lawn provides space for your lawn chairs and blankets. Tickets are
$15 at the door and Ledo Pizza and Mrs. Moo’s Ice Cream, as well as beer, wine, soda
and water, are available for sale.
