The Northern Arundel Cultural Preservation Society (NACPS) and the Friends of Hancock’s Resolution (FOHR) invite you to a celebration and unveiling of the “Coming Together Documentary Story Quilt” at Historic Hancock’s Resolution (2795 Bayside Beach Rd, Pasadena, MD) and on zoom (see below) on Sunday September 24 at 1:00 p.m. There will be drinks (Iced Tea, Lemonade, Water) and cake.
The quilt represents the union of the two organizations working together to relate the histories and variety of people and cultures, including Indigenous, African American, and European American, who contributed to Historic Hancock’s Resolution. Over 30 people contributed quilt squares and stories. Over 147 people added stitches to the quilt.
