Please provide driver’s name and how many will be riding with you and if you will need handicapped parking for the visit to Woodlawn.
Please note: The program begins in the Schmidt building- there are only two handicapped spaces at Schmidt. While parking is adjacent some walking is necessary.
Additionally, onsite parking at Woodlawn is extremely limited and will be reserved for those needing
handicapped parking. Small vans will be provided to shuttle attendees to and from the Schmidt parking lot. Carpooling is highly recommended due to limited parking.
Directions to SERC https://serc.si.edu/visit/directions – follow signage for the main campus.
Directions: You will pass security at the front of campus. Continue for approximately 3⁄4 of a mile and at the three way stop sign, turn right. At the next stop sign, turn right again. Park in the lot across from the brick Schmidt building on your right. After a welcome from SERC’s director, the main program and light
refreshments, the event will conclude with a visit to SERC’s Woodlawn History Center to view the exhibit.
