Captain Avery Museum’s Winter Luncheon Series

Join us on Wednesdays in January and February for engaging presentations followed by catered lunches. Doors open at 11:00 am. Lectures begin at 11:30 am and are followed by a lunch of soup with a side of bread, dessert, and tea and coffee.
January 17, Our Local Waterways with Elle Bassett, riverkeeper with Arundel Rivers Federation
Bassett expands our understanding of the health of the South, West and Rhode Rivers, and the restoration, advocacy, and outreach programs she implements. Learn the threats to these waterways and solutions our community can take to improve water quality.
