Welcoming Visitors Who Are Blind Or Have Low Vision

Join Dr. Cheryl Fogle-Hatch, founder of MuseumSenses LLC,
for a presentation designed to help staff and volunteers better
welcome visitors who are blind or have low vision.

This session covers guiding techniques, and practical strategies
for giving effective verbal descriptions. Attendees will learn how to
communicate clearly, offer assistance appropriately, and create an
inclusive environment that celebrates the diverse needs and
preferences of all guests.
