Campaign to Preserve A Legacy

Vince Leggett, the founder and President of Blacks of the Chesapeake Foundation, will discuss his most recent projects: —the preservation of historic Maryland beaches and recreation areas that include Columbia Beach, Elktonia- Carrs, and Sparrow’s beaches —- the significant contributions of African Americans to the Bay’s maritime industries and culture. FREE Light refreshments will be served.
