When you visit our website’s homepage starting today (September 30), you’ll see our new video highlighting our heritage area’s Regional Identity and Interpretive Themes as told through our Story Project. You may know about the Maryland Heritage Areas Program’s 3 Key Areas of Activity, which are Developing Heritage Tourism Product, Building Partnerships, and Sustaining Regional Identity. “Introducing Chesapeake Crossroads” is a collaboration of our own team with our longtime consultant and videographer, Darren Heater of DMH Video Productions. This initiative began in 2023 and we are proud to finally unveil the final product. It is funded in part by the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority, Anne Arundel County, and the City of Annapolis.
