Four Rivers cautions County Residents about “Dropbox” E-mail Hoax

Four Rivers hopes to caution County residents about an e-mail hoax that has hacked their e-mail system earlier this week. A “Hoax” message was sent out using Four Rivers’s information by the hackers that asks the recipient to click on a “Dropbox” link, which activates the hack on the recipient’s e-mail system. November 18, 2014 — (Annapolis) Four Rivers Heritage Area announces the debut of a new video about Land Conservation and Stewardship, entitled, “Our Stories: Land Conservation Successes in Anne Arundel County.” The video grew out of a stewardship initiative of the Four Rivers Heritage Area entitled, “What’s Your View?” and was funded in part by a grant from the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority.
