Discover the powerful history of Columbia Beach, one of Anne Arundel County’s historic African American waterfront communities and the first in Maryland nominated to the National Register of Historic Places. Historic architect Mimi Giguère and longtime resident Faye Belt offer a behind the-scenes look at the community engagement, family histories, and archival work that brought this vital “Black Coast” story to light.

• Pre-registration is required for members and non-members—spaces are first come, first served.
