In celebration of our new exhibit, Sacred Spaces, and to nurture a true sense of community, we’re excited to launch a new initiative: Creative Connections! We’re offering the museum as a welcoming venue for creatives, artists, mindfulness practitioners, and more to host public classes.
To kick off this initiative, we’ll be offering African dance and drum classes led by the Maryland-based collective Ni Dembaya. These classes are open to all skill levels—whether you’re a beginner, expert, or somewhere in between—and are ideal for individuals and families alike. Join us to learn, connect, and experience the energy of this “sacred space.” We can’t wait to welcome you!
